SOFEMA has signed an agreement to support the military reserve forces, positioning the Group as a high-level interlocutor with the Ministry of Armed Forces on security and defence issues.
Considered as a citizen approach, this agreement confirms SOFEMA’s will to encourage its employees to become reservists, as well as to strengthen its link with the French Army.
The military reserve relies on volunteering. Through this partnership, companies contribute to enhance the capacities of the armed forces and put in place measures so that employees can support France’s defence.
